1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AXIO Collective, including our website, platform, and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

AXIO Collective provides data integration, operational intelligence, and AI-powered analytics services for industrial and commercial enterprises. Our platform connects existing business systems (CRM, ERP, CMMS) and transforms operational data into actionable insights.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Ensuring they have the authority to share operational data with AXIO
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and methodologies developed by AXIO Collective remain the exclusive property of AXIO. Clients retain full ownership of their operational data. AXIO does not use client data to train models for third parties.

5. Data Ownership

Your data is yours. AXIO Collective does not sell, share, or monetize client data. All data processed through our platform remains the property of the client and is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

AXIO Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, AXIO will provide the client with a complete export of their data within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.
